Jonathan began his career with a leading Sports and Fitness retailer in the upstate New York region where he was born, taking on customer service and human resources roles over 12 years. He then moved into Loss Prevention, delving deeper into how business processes and technology can make a significant contribution to sustained success.

This experience has proved vital in Jonathan’s current role at ANOVA, where he helps to develop the service team and the industry leading technology platforms that set the firm apart. His focus is on people and technologies working together to bring quality and ease of use to clients. He has become a licensed insurance agent in Florida and has also attained a certificate in Marine Insurance from Lloyd’s Maritime Academy.
